Motivation vs Habits

Motivation is fleeting; however, habits stay forever.


That's what I teach at Crashhotfitness.


From my own experience, overcoming my bad habits was a gradual process; it didn't happen overnight.


I believe that one of the first steps to ingrain good habits is to train the body. Exercise is the most liberating thing a person can do as it instills confidence and forms discipline. Slowly observing the changes will accelerate the desire to make those crucial habitual shifts.


Exercise, like with any trade, is a skill and needs to be consistently applied and honed. This is why I loved it so much! It's all about the journey and falling in love with the process as opposed to the destination.
